By accessing or using the StateChain Summit website and registering for the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or register for the event.

2. Event Registration

Registration for StateChain Summit 2026 is subject to availability. All registrations are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the organizers. StateChain Council reserves the right to deny or revoke registration at its discretion.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund and cancellation terms are managed through our official registration platform (Luma). Please review the registration page for current refund policies. StateChain Council is not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred by attendees.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, and sponsors are expected to treat others with respect and professionalism. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of StateChain Council and may not be reproduced without written permission. Speakers retain ownership of their presentation materials.

6. Photography & Recording

The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in event-related promotional materials. If you have concerns, please notify staff on-site.

7. Limitation of Liability

StateChain Council is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at the event. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control.
